General Terms and Conditions for Ellrae

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused, and unopened condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  2. Prepare Your Return: Items should be securely packaged, clearly marked as "Returns," and sent using a traceable and insured shipping service.
  3. Complete the Return Form: Only returns that have been approved and include a completed return form will be processed.

Article 6 - Return Costs

  • The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Returns are processed at our facility outside the United Kingdom, which may result in higher shipping fees.
  • If products are returned damaged or not in their original condition, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Article 7 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Ellrae.com reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed. In the case of significant price increases after an order is placed, consumers may cancel their order if the increase exceeds 5%.

Ellrae.com ensures that products meet the specifications advertised. Claims for defective products must be submitted in writing to info@Ellrae.com within 30 days of delivery. The warranty does not cover defects due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Ellrae.com’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Ellrae.com will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.

Article 12 - Refund Processing Time

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process refunds within five to ten working days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved according to UK consumer laws, with consideration of European regulations where applicable.
